Proposal #15: Revise Snapshot Authors and Admins
Background
This proposal aims to increase Panther’s degree of decentralization by updating the current authors and administrators with the ability to publish proposals in Panther Protocol’s space on the Snapshot.org cloud service and update settings of the space (further referred to as Snapshot Authors and Snapshot Admins) as was voted in last year, through PIP-8.
Description
Updating the current allowlisted addresses of Snapshot Authors and Admins increases the community’s presence in the Protocol’s governance as well as increasing the representation of active Panther community members in Panther Protocol’s space.
If this proposal passes, Panther Protocol’s space will have 3 new allowlisted Snapshot Authors and one new Snapshot Admin.
Section #1: Remove the following Snapshot Authors
This proposal involves removing the right to introduce Panther Improvement Proposals (PIPs) in Panther's Snapshot.org space from the following Snapshot Authors:

The permissions for this set of Snapshot Authors and Snapshot Admins are proposed to last for six months, after which the community will revise the list of nominees and vote on their appointment.
Neither Snapshot Admins nor Snapshot Authors hold any privilege in Panther’s governance mechanism.
Snapshot Admins must maintain the settings of the Panther's Snapshot.org space in strict accordance with this and future governance proposals.
Proposed Actions

Update the list of Snapshot Admins as described in the Sections #3 and #4.
